Pure-Formance Team Camps & Clinics
Our mission is to implement proper training and techniques to athletes of all ages.
Pure-Formance offers training in Agility, Plyometrics, Speed and Strength. We strive to help each athlete reach their maximum athletic potential with knowledge and proper teaching.
Agility Agility is the ability to change the body's position, and requires a combination of balance, coordination, speed, reflexes and strength.
Speed is the quickness of movement of a limb, whether the legs of a runner or the arm of a discuss thrower.
The ability to exert a force against a resistance. Max Strength, Elastic Strength and Strength Endurance.
Pure-Formance offers team camps year round. Training Fees are $50 per athlete.
Option #1: Two days a week training for four weeks at your teams training facilities, with a minimum of 10 athletes.
Option #2: Two day clinic at your teams training facilities with a minimum of 20 athletes.
Pure-Formance Trainers will design the training program based on the need and desire of the teams coaching staff. The training can be speed, agility, plyo-metric, strength specific or an overall performance program. We are here to help your team and your athletes be their very best.
